ARTWORK CONFIRMATIONIn order for us to process your order you will need to confirm that the artwork and your order is correct please fill out the details below. All codes and numbers that you need are located in the Purchase order that has been sent to you via email – N.B you cannot complete this form without the data from your purchase order.
It is your responsibility to check your artwork to insure that it meets your requirements and specifications. Please take the time to carefully check all details including spellings, numbers, layouts, formats and quantities that have been emailed to you in your PURCHASE ORDER and ARTWORK PROOF as NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER THE POINT OF APPROVAL TO EITHER YOUR PURCHASE ORDER OR ARTWORK.
We are unable to make changes to your artwork and quantities/qualities after this stage you will be liable for the full outstanding balance no refunds will be given for mistakes in print as they have been approved by you this does not affect your statuary rights.
